Yangah Adolescent Day Program (12 to 18 years)

Who we are

The Yangah Adolescent Day Program (ADP) offers specialised multidisciplinary assessment and integrated treatment and rehabilitation for young people aged 12 to 18 years old with severe and persistent mental health illness that cause significant psychosocial impairment.

What we do

We focus on re-engaging young people with school and educational opportunities through personalised clinical services and interventions, these interventions are provided alongside educational services delivered by teachers from the Queensland Department of Education.

Who can access this service

Our program is designed for young people between the ages of 12 to 18 years old who are not attending school regularly, are enrolled in school and have a willingness to engage in the Adolescent Day Program.

How to access this service

Access to ADP is coordinated through referrals made by the young person’s treating team or the young person’s school Guidance Officer directly to the ADP Guidance Officer. For more information, download our information sheet
