The hospital has 403 beds with mainly single rooms.
The Clinical Education and Research Centre (CERC), a joint project between Bond University's Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine and Queensland Health, is on the ground floor.
The centre has a 100-seat lecture theatre, clinical skills laboratories and tutorial rooms.
There is a library, outdoor courtyards , common area and café.
