1300 MH CALL (1300 642 255) is a confidential mental health telephone triage service that provides the first point of contact to public mental health services to Queenslanders. 

1300 MH CALL (1300 642 255) is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and will link to the caller’s nearest Queensland Public Mental Health service.

If you feel you maybe in need of mental health support and have never accessed a mental health service before, please contact your general practitioner or our mental health access line 1300 MH CALL (1300 642 255).

If you’re unsure where to seek mental health support (for yourself or someone you care for), you can also call Head to Health access line (1800 595 212). Head to Health is a welcoming and accessible central point for people (not in crisis) requiring guidance and support to the mental health system, for services and information they need. Available Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Lifeline
