Specialty services are available to meet more specific health mental health alcohol and other drug needs. Located across several locations these include:
- Alcohol and Other Drugs Service – This service is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals affected by alcohol and drugs.
- Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Service – Provides mental health support to people presenting to hospital for other healthcare needs.
- Interdisciplinary Persistent Pain Centre - Offers comprehensive care for individuals managing persistent pain.
- Intellectual and Developmental Disability Community Mental Health Service – A community-based service that provides specialty healthcare to young people and adults with complex neurodevelopmental conditions such as intellectual disability, autism, congenital neurocognitive conditions who present with co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Multicultural Mental Health Coordinator Program – Promotes culturally responsive mental health care to patients and families.
- Perinatal Infant Mental Health – This service is part of the Consultation Liaison Service and supports women (and their children) up to 12 months postpartum, experiencing or at risk of serious mental health issues during pregnancy or postpartum, as well as those needing pre-conception advice.
- Numinbah Offender Health Service – Provides healthcare to people we care for at Numinbah Correctional Centre.
- REACH - The REACH team focuses on improving the quality of life and mental wellbeing for individuals with complex mental health needs, reducing risks of violence and reoffending.
