Gold Coast Oral Health services are available for eligible patients to access general and emergency care at Southport Health Precinct Dental Clinic, Robina Dental Clinic, Palm Beach Dental Clinic and Burleigh Dental Clinic.

Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, waiting times are currently longer than usual.

Appointment information

To make an appointment, phone the Gold Coast Oral Health Client Service Centre—a call centre for urgent and general public oral health services for eligible children, adolescents and adults in the Gold Coast region:

Our friendly staff will help you make an appointment at a time and location convenient to you. You can choose from a number of oral health clinics throughout the region.

What to bring

You should bring to all appointments:

  • your current concession cards
  • medicare card
  • photo identification
  • Authority to Care letter (if applicable)
  • details of any medication you are taking.

What will happen at the appointment?

A dental examination (check-up) including x-rays (if necessary) will be conducted for your child. 

Any treatment required will be discussed and consent from the Parent or Legal Guardian will be required before any further treatment is provided.
