Single Assessment Service - Gold Coast and Logan River Valley
The Single Assessment Service (SAS) - Aged Care Assessment Service provides assessments of frail, older people over the age of 65 years with the aim of assisting them to maintain their independence, maximise in home support and access ongoing services.

- Commonwealth Home Support Program Services
The team services all hospitals in the Gold Coast and Beaudesert area providing assessments and approvals for inpatients who are medically stable and who require Transition Care or access to residential aged care.
Younger people with disabilities who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander or who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are 50 years and over are eligible to apply to be assessed by the Single Assessment Service.
