We are the largest employer on the Gold Coast with over 8000 people. Comprising of more than 40 facilities, including the world class Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH), Robina Hospital, Robina Health Precinct, Southport Health Precinct and Community Health Centres, Gold Coast Health services include all major adult specialities, as well as paediatrics, with chronic disease management being a key focus in our hospital and community care environments. Additionally, we pride ourselves on providing on-site education and research facilities.
The Gold Coast community has timely access to health services with all members of the Gold Coast community sharing equal access to health services regardless of economic conditions or social background.
Since 2007, more than $2 billion has been invested in Gold Coast Health, enabling more services to be provided locally and reducing the number of patients who need to travel for most types of medical treatment.
