Our community and consumer engagement plan

Community and consumer engagement isn’t just a biproduct of providing a public service. At Gold Coast Health it lies at the heart of everything we do. 

Gold Coast Health partners with consumers and community groups to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our community, working together to co-design services, improve our facilities, and achieve better outcomes for our patients, their families and their carers.  

We are pleased to launch the 2024-2027 Community and Consumer Engagement Strategy, developed in collaboration with our many internal and external stakeholders. 

The strategy outlines how collaboration and engagement is integrated throughout our health service, and most importantly, ensues that the voice of our community is heard and reflected in our service delivery.
