The Vascular and Medical Unit provides care to Vascular and Medical patients requiring surgical and general medical care and also endocrine patients including those requiring telemetry monitoring. This includes pre and post-operative vascular patients, general medical and endocrine patients.

The service is supported by 10 vascular and 18 general medical beds including endocrine. Nurses provide care for vascular patients requiring surgical procedures and general medical care. Telemetry is available throughout the ward to support these specialties.
