A pharmacy is conveniently located at both Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital.
The doctor may write you a prescription before you leave hospital. You can use this prescription at the hospital pharmacy, you will pay the same amount as a regular pharmacy. An invoice will be included with your new supplies or sent to your home address. Please advise staff if you have a concession card or if your home address has changed.
Paying for medication
Payments can be made at the Pharmacy at the time of collection, by cash or credit card, or online using Bpoint.
Online Payment
To pay your invoice online, you will need the invoice number, located on the invoice you received. You also need to provide your name, phone contact and payment amount.

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions
To order repeat prescriptions, email the relevant pharmacy and provide:
- Full name and date of birth
- UR number if known.
- Medication required.
- Collection date, time, and location
- Contact number should we need to contact you.
If you regularly collect repeat prescriptions from one of the Gold Coast Health Pharmacies, you now have 4 collection options for your convenience.
