This clinic area gives medical, surgical, nursing, and allied health cares for children. Some clinics from the Queensland Children’s Hospital are held here for children with certain health problems. It is on the Ground Floor in D block and has a play deck.
Home medical supplies for Gold Coast children come from this area. There is also a 'navigator service' for children with complex health problems.
Children are also seen in other clinic areas at GCUH. Other areas include clinics for children with ear, nose and throat (ENT) problems, eye problems and those who have fractured bones (orthopaedics).
