Who we are
The Cordyline Residential Recovery Service is a hospital-based residential facility for mental health consumers aged 18 to 65 years of age. We offer 25 beds across nine self-contained units, supported by a multidisciplinary team committed to consumer-focused care. Our goal is to assist individuals in transitioning to independent community living.
What we do
We provide specialised multidisciplinary mental health rehabilitation and assessment services for consumers with complex, long-term mental health needs. Our services include clinical and non-clinical group programs, therapeutic environments and individualised plans that promote independent living skills. We focus on those who have chronic mental health issues but do not require acute inpatient treatment. Located within the Robina Hospital precinct, our 25-bed unit offers convenient access to the Emergency Department, Pathology, X-ray and Pharmacy Services, as well as a central location close to a major shopping centre.
Who can access this service?
Our service is designed for adults with chronic mental illnesses who need additional support to transition to community living. Most referrals come from other Gold Coast Health mental health services including acute inpatient wards and community mental health.
