Measles Alert for Gold Coast - notification of further cases
Gold Coast Public Health Unit has been notified of two additional infectious cases of measles on the Gold Coast. One case is a school-aged child from the Gold Coast who recently returned from overseas where they acquired the virus. The other is an adult who visited the Gold Coast from Sydney.

Tugun Satellite Hospital opens Kidney Dialysis Clinic
The Tugun Satellite Hospital – co-named Banyahrmabah – on the southern Gold Coast is expanding its services with the introduction of the Kidney Dialysis Clinic and the The Women, Newborn, and Children's Clinic.
Pharmacy Services at Tugun Satellite Hospital are also now open on weekdays, providing dispensing services to patients within the facility and to patients managed by Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) and Robina Hospital specialist outpatient services.
