Child and Youth Mental Health Ed LinQ Program (school aged children and young people)

Who we are

Ed-LinQ is a specialist program within Child and Youth Mental Health Service that supports Gold Coast schools in the areas of prevention, promotion and early intervention of mental illness in school aged young people.  

What we do

Ed-LinQ works with schools, primary care, community and mental health services to:

  • increase awareness, understanding and skills to support young people at risk of experiencing mental health difficulties
  • enhance capacity and foster collaborative approaches for improved outcomes
  • strengthen communication and partnerships between sectors.  

Who can access this service

Our services are available to Child and Youth Mental Health clinicians, school staff, non-government organisation staff, primary care providers, and private practitioners. 
Please note: Ed-LinQ does not work directly with young people, parents or carers.
