The PPT (Pharmacist Prioritisation Tool) solution consolidates the necessary patient information from the underlying Electronic Medical Record (EMR), patient Administration System (PAS), Pharmacy System, Medications Management system and patient flow systems into a single, easy-to-read view. This unified approach allows pharmacists to efficiently access everything , prioritise tasks and patients, streamline their workflow and enhance their ability to deliver timely care.

The PPT is a cloud-based solution offered as a managed service. It uses React frontend (JavaScript library) based Single Page Application (SPA) hosted on an MS Azure Storage resource. Azure Functions act as the application API, connecting the frontend SPA to its backend MS Azure SQL database. It authenticates with the Azure Active Directory with the Microsoft Graph Toolkit MSAL2 and uses industry standard Oath 2.0 Authorization. Azure cloud resources (Storage, Function and SQL Server) are network configured with Private Endpoints ensuring data remains within the private network, with no data being transmitted across the public internet.
Provides an information rich patient bed list, highlighting outstanding tasks for completion. Provides recommendations for the order of task completion so that the most at-risk patients are reviewed first. Provides highly customizable inbuilt prioritisation logic, allowing local administrators to determine the priority of clinical tasks they wish their workforce to follow. Provides options to tailor for the entire hospital(s), a single clinical division, or a single ward.
