Level 1 (H1)	Complex Management Unit (CMU)	Provides care for adult patients with complex social, cognitive and psychosocial needs.
Level Ground (HG)	Acute Cognitive Unit (ACU) and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM)	Provides care for older persons living with dementia who experience moderate to severe Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD). Provides geriatric evaluation and restorative care for frail older persons with functional disability or cognitive impairment.
Level Lower Ground (HLG)	Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) Unit	Provides geriatric evaluation and restorative care for frail older persons with functional disability or cognitive impairment.
