Dr Nogajski joined Gold Coast Health in June 2025 in the role of Chief Medical Officer and brings a wealth of experience across several clinical disciplines.
At Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD), Dr Nogajski previously served as Executive Director, Medical Services and Clinical Network Director, Paediatrics. At Westmead Children’s Hospital, she served as Director, Paediatric Emergency; Director, Advanced Training; and Deputy Director, Medical Administration. Dr Nogajski has extensive experience leading clinical areas, developing clinical training programs and maintaining high quality governance at state health services. Dr Nogajski also developed and led Health Education and Training’s medical leadership program for Doctors in Training as the clinical lead.
As Executive Director, Medical Services at WSLHD, Dr Nogajski ensured the medical workforce was supported to deliver excellent care to patients through a strong education framework and engaged leadership. She implemented strong governance while evolving innovative models of care, such as the Health Equity program, which supports clinician driven projects targeting vulnerable populations.
