Domenic Girolamo joined Gold Coast Health in early 2025, bringing more than two decades of executive leadership in technology, transformation and digital innovation. His career spans healthcare, financial services, banking and aerospace across the United Kingdom and Australia, where he has built digital businesses, developed market-leading technology platforms, and led complex transformation across global organisations. Domenic brings particular expertise in artificial intelligence, digital strategy and the commercialisation of emerging technologies, translating new capabilities into practical outcomes at scale. At Gold Coast Health, he is leading the development of a highly connected, intelligent and digitally enabled health service, using new technology and strategic partnerships to optimise flow, connect teams, support clinical decisions and establish sustainable new models of healthcare delivery that improve patient care.
