Home Care and Allied Health Service

We are a community-based team that delivers a range of services to clients, enabling them to remain living independently in their own homes, for as long as possible.

The service is available for clients over 65 years of age or over 50 for those that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

The team, funded by the Commonwealth Home Support programme provides support with basic domestic assistance, individual and group social support, flexible respite, personal care and allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, group exercise and education.

We also offer – The senior therapy activities and recreation (STAR) group, providing centre-based diversional therapy and support for eligible clients.

The Home Care and Allied Health Service is supported by My Aged Care (MAC) and referrals for services can be made by contacting MAC either through the website or by phoning 1800 200 422.
