The REACH service focuses on improving the quality of life and mental wellbeing for individuals with complex mental health needs, reducing risks of violence and recidivism.
What we do
We provide assertive community case management and trauma-informed mental health interventions. Our services support consumers through the mental health and justice systems, enhancing their self-efficacy, illness management, personal support systems, and independent living. We promote active consumer, carer, and family involvement in care planning and delivery.
Who can access this service
Our services are available to individuals on Forensic Orders and Treatment Support Orders, as well as those with high levels of concerns regarding violence and offending within the Gold Coast Health catchment.
How to access this service
This service accepts referrals via the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist, while current patients of Gold Coast Health’s mental health services can be referred by their treating teams. New referrals into Gold Coast Health’s mental health services are through 1300 MH CALL on 1300 642 255.

Located on Level 6 of Southport Health Precinct, our team operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.
