All subpoenas and requests for giving evidence at court are to be sent to GCH.subpoenas@health.qld.gov.au for the attention of the General Counsel. We encourage service by email.

Where a subpoena is for a named staff member, the Office of the General Counsel will seek authority from the staff member to accept the subpoena on their behalf. A solicitor will confirm if and when service has been accepted.

The Office of the General Counsel will not accept service for personal legal matters unconnected to the work of Gold Coast Health or Queensland Health.
