

Gold Coast Health’s Asset Management Services (AMS) People and Operations team plays a vital role in maintaining and sustaining hospital infrastructure and ensuring clinical teams have the reliable equipment and facilities they need to provide world-class patient care.
While major capital projects focus on new builds, AMS is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, renewal, and enhancement of existing assets, keeping Gold Coast Health facilities running smoothly, safely and sustainably.
AMS continues to deliver vital infrastructure upgrades as part of the Capital and Minor Works program, ensuring that Gold Coast Health facilities remain modern, efficient and fit-for-purpose.
AMS Senior Director Nigel Hoy said the program is focused on future-proofing essential health services, from advanced medical technology installations to critical facility upgrades.
