Embedding research into clinical practice was the theme of the 2nd Gold Coast Health Emergency Care Research Symposium held on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th May 2024. An array of contemporary presentations ranging from bench to bedside research were delivered by speakers from across Australia, along with insightful sessions on topics such as consumer engagement in research and panel discussions on topics such as tips for successful research funding and integrating research into policy (and back). The research posters on display were fantastic and provided excellent between-session engagement. There was something for everyone.
