  • For all other Gynaecological conditions not related to PCOS please refer to Gynaecology
  • For confirmed/suspected malignancy refer to Gynaecology Oncology
  • For conditions related to Pelvic Mesh refer to Queensland Pelvic Mesh Service
  • For conditions relation to Pelvic floor dysfunction and incontinence refer to Urogynaecology Services (coming soon)
  • Paediatric patients should be referred to General Paediatrics (coming soon) for gynaecological conditions until the commencement of menstruation, referrals can then be directed to Gynaecology
  • For paediatric and adolescent gynaecology patients please refer to the Statewide paediatric and adolescent gynaecology (SPAG)
  • For all other Endocrine conditions please refer to Diabetes and Endocrinology

  • Any concession cards (e.g. Pension, Health Care, DVA, PBS Safety Net, ADF, etc.)
  • Current medication list
  • Reading glasses, hearing and mobility aids
