Smart Referrals enables faster, streamlined management of referrals and reduced returned referrals.

If you have registered for Smart Referrals, please continue to work with our General Practice Liaison Unit to secure your activation date and training.

If your practice is not yet registered for Smart Referrals, please email us on GCGPLU@health.qld.gov.au as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience while we transition to the new referrals management system.
