The HPP 🌍provides Queensland’s eligible health practitioners with secure online access to some elements of their patients’ Queensland Health records.

The HPP provides Queensland’s eligible health practitioners with secure online access to some elements of their patients’ Queensland Health records. This relies on GPs and non-GP Specialists having up to date Medicare Provider Numbers registered in both the Queensland Health Secure Transfer Service (STS) Address Book and their HPP account.
If you have moved practices, please update your Provider Number in the STS Address Book and your HPP account by using the following links.

To change Provider Numbers, login to the HPP account with username and password and when presented with the professional details screen, edit the Provider Number to the correct number.
