After Hours Safe Space
GPs now have an additional option for their mental health clients , who are seeking a friendly space during times of mental health distress.
GP Partnerships and Engagement Unit
Gold Coast Health, Gold Coast Primary Health Network and Primary and Community Care Services have opened the new After Hours Space Space in Southport.
It is an additional option for GPs to refer their mental health clients, who are seeking a friendly space during times of mental health distress, outside of regular business hours, when other services may not be open. Peer works and clinicians will be available for support.
Service location and open hours:
Southport Health Precinct,
Level 3, 16-30 High Street, Southport.
Monday to Friday, 6pm-9pm
Weekends, 12pm-8pm
