- Clients receiving Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty / Endovascular Revascularisation should be referred for Supervised Exercise Training
- Clients with intermittent claudication clients should be offered Supervised Exercise Training as first line conservative therapy
- Indications and strategic choices of Endovascular Revascularisation/ Supervised Exercise Training will vary depending on the clinical severity of the PAD and anatomical distribution of disease

Essential Referral Information
- Vascular Investigations: Vascular duplex ultrasound, CT angiogram, Angiogram
- All relevant Medical History, specifically including lowerlimb symptoms
- Lipid profile
- HbA1c (if confirmed Diabetes)
Additional Referral Information
- All other relevant pathology (within the last 6 months)
