Do your patients need driving assessments?

A pilot Occupational Therapy Driving Assessment Service has been developed within the GCHHS to align with the Statewide Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Project.

This survey has been developed to determine current community demand for Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments for clients within the Gold Coast catchment.

This will help us to determine feasibility of opening the service to community referrals.

The survey will only take 2 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help us to determine feasibility of opening the service to community referrals.
